The agreement covers sale and delivery of the clothing item, quantity, size, color, and cargo service selected in the confirmed order. Product characteristics shown immediately before payment are incorporated into the agreement.
Product price, taxes, cargo charge, currency, and total are shown before authorization. Payment is made through the selected hosted provider. The order is not treated as paid until confirmation is received.
The seller dispatches to the address provided by the buyer within the announced or statutory period. The buyer must provide accurate information and cooperate with reasonable delivery checks.
An eligible consumer may withdraw within 14 days after delivery by sending an unambiguous notice. Procedure, condition, costs, exceptions, and refund timing are detailed in the Returns Policy.
Mandatory remedies for defective or nonconforming goods remain available. The buyer should notify the seller with supporting information so the issue can be assessed without avoidable delay.
