1. Hosted payment model
Checkout is completed on the secure hosted environment of the provider selected by the customer. Shopier and Fourthwall process only products mapped to their respective catalogs.
lam7a.net creates a pending local order before redirect and confirms payment only after a signed provider notification or verified provider record.
2. Data handled by providers
The provider may process name, email, phone, billing and delivery details, order items, amount, currency, device and risk signals, payment method, authorization result, and transaction identifiers.
The provider’s own terms and privacy notice apply to its independent processing.
3. Card-data separation
Complete card numbers and card security codes are entered into the provider environment and are not stored in the lam7a.net application database. We retain only references and statuses needed to reconcile orders, refunds, and disputes.
4. Authentication and fraud controls
The issuing bank or provider may require 3-D Secure, one-time codes, identity checks, or additional verification. We cannot override a decline or risk decision.
Orders may remain pending while payment is reviewed. Never send card credentials through email, chat, or the contact form.
5. Currency, totals, and duplicate payments
The provider checkout is the final source for the charged currency and total. Review it before authorizing payment. Exchange rates and bank fees may be applied by the card issuer.
If you believe a duplicate charge occurred, contact [email protected] with both provider transaction references. Do not submit repeated payment attempts while a bank authorization is still pending.
6. Webhooks and order reconciliation
Provider notifications are authenticated with HMAC signatures. Duplicate notifications are handled idempotently, and a paid order is not credited or deducted from stock twice.
A provider receipt alone does not change an unrelated order; customer email and mapped product references are checked during reconciliation.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Approved refunds are submitted through the original provider and payment method. Chargeback rights are governed by the issuing bank and applicable law.
Starting a chargeback does not replace the return process and may require us to provide order, delivery, and communication evidence to the provider.
8. Security reporting
Report suspected payment-page impersonation or unauthorized account activity to [email protected]. We will never ask for a CVV, password, or one-time banking code.
