Carrier selection is recorded with the order; operational substitution is made only when reasonably necessary.
Preparation begins after payment confirmation and order checks. Estimated preparation days are displayed where available and exclude public holidays, extraordinary demand, and address verification delays.
The checkout states whether cargo is charged to the customer or absorbed by the seller. The final total is displayed before payment.
Remote-area, international, customs, or failed-delivery charges are disclosed when known and otherwise handled according to carrier rules and mandatory law.
Customers must provide a complete deliverable address and reachable phone number. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated unavailability, reshipment costs may apply where lawful.
Tracking details are sent or made available when supplied by the carrier. Carrier scans are estimates and may update with delay.
Inspect the parcel on receipt. Record visible damage with the courier where possible and contact us promptly.
Weather, disaster, transport disruption, customs, public authority action, or other events outside reasonable control may delay delivery. We will provide available updates and cooperate with carrier investigations.
A parcel confirmed lost is resolved under applicable consumer law through replacement or refund.
Where international delivery is offered, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs documents, and local restrictions unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
